Primary text
If the acknowledged party is an adult, their affirmation is required for the acknowledgment to be fully accepted. If the acknowledged party is a minor whose statement is not considered, the lineage is not established solely by the statement of the other party, just as if two parties were involved and one was a minor, the adult's acknowledgment of a third heir would not be accepted without the consideration of the minor.
