Primary text
If the deceased leaves two sons, and one acknowledges a sibling while the other denies it, and subsequently the denying son dies, leaving a son who acknowledges the sibling denied by his father, the lineage is established due to the acknowledgment by all current heirs.
Supporting text
It is plausible that the lineage is not established due to the initial denial by the deceased heir (the father).
