Primary text
There is a view that the lineage and inheritance share of the second son are not nullified, even if the third son denies it. This is because the lineage of the second son was established by the statement of the first acknowledged son, and his inheritance was established. Since it was established, it cannot be nullified afterward. Furthermore, the lineage of the second son was established when all the heirs (at that time) acknowledged him. A subsequent acknowledgment cannot invalidate a previously established lineage, similar to how the third son's lineage cannot be negated by the second son, as the third son's lineage was established solely by the father's acknowledgment, not by the second son's statement.
