What is the legal effect if the seller retracts his original statement and affirms the marriage after the dispute arose when the slave had not yet become an Umm Walad?

Primary text
If the seller retracts and says, 'My opponent is truthful; I did not sell her to him, but married her to him,' this retraction is not accepted to negate the freedom of the child if she had become an Umm Walad, nor is it accepted to reclaim the slave if she had become an Umm Walad. However, the retraction is accepted for the purpose of canceling the purchase price, establishing the right to the dower, claiming any excess above the price, and establishing inheritance rights for both the slave and her child.
