What is the legal implication when the debtor states the amount using suspension for pause when saying 'Katha Dirham'?

If the debtor mentions the noun with suspension for pause, it is accepted that the interpretation is a fraction of a dirham, because it is permissible that the genitive case ending was dropped due to the pause. This is the established opinion of Imam Al-Shafi'i.
