Is the lineage established by the acknowledgment of the remaining heirs if the deceased has other heirs besides the acknowledging parties?

Primary text
If the acknowledging heir is not entitled to the entire inheritance after the deceased, meaning there is another heir or a co-sharer in the inheritance, the lineage is not established by the statement of the remaining competent heirs, unanimously. This is because they do not constitute all the heirs. The second heir of the deceased takes the place of the deceased, such that if the second heir agrees with the acknowledgment, the lineage is established; if he opposes it, the lineage is not established, similar to the inherited property itself.
