What is the ruling when a debtor acknowledges obligation using a combination of conjunctions, such as 'a dirham and a dirham then a dirham' (درهم ودرهم ثم درهم), or 'a dirham then a dirham then a dirham' (درهم فدرهم ثم درهم), or 'a dirham then a dirham then a dirham' (درهم ثم درهم فدرهم)?

Primary text

Three dirhams are incumbent upon the debtor unanimously (wajah wahid). This is because the third item is necessarily distinct from the second due to the difference in the conjunctive particles used for each connection; therefore, the third statement cannot be interpreted as mere affirmation (ta'kid) of the second.
