What is the ruling when an heir acknowledges the lineage of two minors simultaneously?

Primary text
If an heir acknowledges the lineage of two minors simultaneously, their lineage is established based on the same ruling applicable to the case where two adult claimants mutually deny each other. The primary view supports establishment because the acknowledging heir was the entirety of the heirs at the time of acknowledgment, and no one denied it, making it similar to the case where the acknowledgment is singular.

It is also possible that their lineage is not established, as one of the acknowledged parties is an heir, and he did not acknowledge the other, meaning not all heirs agreed to the acknowledgment of the second party. In either scenario (establishment or non-establishment), the acknowledging party must give one-third of the inheritance to each of the two individuals because he acknowledged their right.
