What is the ruling when a person admits to owing another an animal with its saddle, a house with its furnishings, or a ship with its provisions?

Primary text
If the admission is stated as, 'He has with me an animal with its saddle (*dabba bi-sarjiha*),' or 'a house with its furnishings (*dar bi-farshiha*),' or 'a ship with its provisions (*safeena bi-ta'amiha*),' then the admission of both items (the main object and the appended item) is obligatory without dispute. This is because the particle 'bi' (with) establishes a necessary attachment between the second item and the first.
