What is the ruling if a person states, 'I owe or possess one hundred dirhams as a loan for use (ʿāriyah)'?

Liability for one hundred dirhams as a loan for use is established upon the person, and the amount is guaranteed, regardless of whether the loan for use of dirhams is judged valid or void. This is because what is guaranteed in a valid contract is also guaranteed in a void one.
