What is the ruling when someone states, 'I seized it from you (ghasabtuka)' or 'I defrauded you (ghabantuka)' without specifying the object?

Primary text
When a person says to another, 'I seized it from you' or 'I defrauded you,' no liability is incurred. This is because the statement might refer to the person seizing themselves (self-seizure, ghasb al-nafs) or defrauding them in something other than monetary property, neither of which establishes a financial obligation.
