What is the ruling if someone states, 'Two dirhams for a Dinar'?

If a debtor states, 'Two dirhams for a Dinar' (درهمان في دينار), this phrasing does not admit the meaning of calculation (ratio). The debtor must be questioned regarding their intent. If they claim they meant conjunction ('and' or 'with'), the obligation becomes two dirhams plus the Dinar.
