Primary text
If the speaker specifies the seized object as a dog or the hide of a dead animal, or oil/grease (*sirjin*) from which benefit can be derived, the statement of seizure is accepted. This acceptance is based on the possibility that the speaker might have overpowered the owner and taken it from him.
