Is a specification accepted if the declarant states they usurped something (*ghasabtu shay’an*) and specifies a non-monetary item?

Primary text
If the declarant states, 'I usurped something,' and specifies an item that is not property (i.e., not monetary), the admission is accepted because the term usurpation applies to it. However, if the declarant states, 'I usurped their person,' it is not accepted because usurpation is not established over a person.
Supporting text
Most of this chapter aligns with the Shafi'i school. It is reported from Abu Hanifa that the specification of an admission is not accepted if it is for something other than measured by volume or weight, because other things cannot be established in the *dhimma* by themselves.
