When is the specification of the debt accepted by the judge?

The specification of the debt is accepted and established if the declarant specifies something that is customarily valued (i.e., has monetary value). However, if the admitted creditor refutes this specification and claims a different kind of item, or claims nothing at all, the original admission becomes void.
