Primary text
If a man dies leaving behind a wife and a brother, and the wife acknowledges the existence of a son of the deceased, while the brother denies it, the lineage of the acknowledged son is not established. The wife is then given the remaining value of the inheritance, which is the surplus remaining in her possession from her own share.
