Agency is permissible in establishing and executing *Qisas* and the *Had* for slander, both when the principal is present and when absent. This is because these rights belong to the wronged individual, and necessity demands agency, as the rights-holder might lack the skill to enforce the right or may prefer not to undertake the enforcement personally.
