If the principal specifies the mode of transaction, such as instructing the agent to buy slaves in a single transaction ('safqa wahida') or one by one ('wahidan wahidan'), the agent is bound by that specification. Deviation is not permissible because the explicit mention indicates the principal's intent and limits the authorization to that specific manner.
