May an agent distribute entrusted funds to his dependent relatives such as his son, father, or wife?

There are two opinions on whether the agent may give the entrusted funds to relatives for whom he is financially responsible. The first opinion permits it because they fall under the general wording of the commission, and the condition justifying disbursement to them is present. It is permissible to give charity (Sadaqah) to those whose maintenance is not obligatory upon him, similar to voluntary charity (Sadaqat al-Tatattu').
