Primary text

The agent does not gain ownership of a valid contract when delegated to execute a void one because the principal authorized an impermissible act (*muharram*). This authorization does not transfer ownership of the permissible act, analogous to authorizing the purchase of wine and swine, which does not grant permission to purchase horses and sheep.
