Who cannot appoint an agent in any matter?

Whoever does not possess the capacity to transact for himself cannot appoint an agent in that matter. This includes a woman concerning the marriage contract and its acceptance, a non-Muslim concerning the marriage of a Muslim woman, and a child or an insane person concerning all rights.
