Is a mandate valid for selling all of the principal's property or collecting all of his debts?

The mandate is valid if one says, 'Sell all my property and collect all my debts,' because the principal's wealth and debts are generally ascertainable. Furthermore, if authorizing the sale of all property is valid, then authorizing the sale of a portion is more valid.
