Primary text
If an individual is given a garment to sell, and upon completing the sale, the buyer gifts that agent a handkerchief, the handkerchief belongs to the owner of the original garment. This is because the gift of the handkerchief originates from the sale transaction, thereby making the handkerchief an addition to the sale price. Additions occurring within the session (majlis) of the contract attach themselves to that contract.
