If the principal claims he acted under his authorization and the agent denies it, is the testimony of the principal's parents or sons accepted?

If the principal claims he acted under his authorization and the agent denies it, and the principal's parents or sons testify against the agent, the testimony is accepted for the same reason as above (i.e., it is testimony against the denying party).
