What is the ruling if a witness recants their testimony regarding agency after a judgment establishing the agency has already been passed?

If the judge has already ruled based on the testimony establishing the agency, and subsequently one of the witnesses states the agent was dismissed after the agency was established, the subsequent statement regarding dismissal is disregarded because the judgment has already been finalized based on the testimony, and the dismissal itself was not established.
