If an agent claims a right for his absent principal and demands it, and the adversary claims the principal has dismissed the agent, the testimony of the principal's sons affirming the dismissal is accepted, and the dismissal is established because they are testifying against their father.

If the adversary does not claim the dismissal, the testimony of the sons is not heard because they are testifying on behalf of someone who is not making a claim.
