Validity of agency when the appointment occurs during the principal's state of apostasy?

If a person appoints an agent while they are in a state of apostasy, the ruling regarding the validity of that agency is subject to the same three possibilities previously mentioned concerning the principal's subsequent apostasy (valid, suspended, or void).
