Chapter on Guarantee (Daman)

Book of Assignment (Transfer of Debt)
Primary text
It is valid for a guarantor to guarantee another guarantor. This is because the debt is a necessary obligation upon the guarantor's liability, making the guarantee valid, similar to other debts. The right is established in the liabilities of three parties. If any one of them settles the debt, the liabilities of all are cleared because it is a single right, and once fulfilled, it does not need to be fulfilled again.
