What is the ruling if the creditor transfers the debt obligation to two individuals, neither of whom was originally a guarantor for the other?

If neither of the two individuals was a guarantor for the other, the transfer to both is valid without dispute. This is permissible because just as the creditor has the right to collect the full amount from one person, they also have the right to collect from two, analogous to two agents (wakilan).
