What is the ruling if the guaranteed person says to the guarantor, 'Bring forth your guarantor'?

If the guaranteed person says, 'Bring forth your guarantor,' this constitutes appointing the guarantor (Wakalah) to bring him forth, and the guarantor is consequently obligated to bring him forth, similar to authorizing a non-related person (Ajnabi) to do so.
