What is the ruling if the guaranteed person tells the guarantor, 'Exit your guarantee'?

If the guaranteed person says, 'Exit your guarantee' (Ikhraj min Kafalatik), there are two possibilities: one is that it constitutes appointing the guarantor to bring him forth, similar to the previous statement, in which case the obligation to bring him forth applies. The other possibility is that it is a demand for the underlying debt, meaning it is not an appointment, and thus the guarantor is not obligated to bring the guaranteed person forth.
