If the transferor makes the transfer to a solvent person, but the creditor does not accept until the debtor becomes insolvent, the creditor has the right to revert to the original debtor. This is based on the apparent view of Al-Khiraqi, as the discharge of the original debtor's liability was conditioned upon the creditor's consent.
