What is the ruling if the transferring debtor and the creditor agree on the slave's freedom, but the receiving debtor denies it?

Book of Assignment (Transfer of Debt)
Primary text
If the transferring debtor (Muhil) and the creditor (Muhtal) agree on the slave's freedom, but the receiving debtor (Muhal 'alayhi) denies it, the denial is not accepted against the two who agreed, as it constitutes an admission against others. The Hawalah is void because those obligated to pay the debt and those claiming the right to reversal agree on the right of recourse, while the receiving debtor admits a debt to the creditor that he does not affirm, meaning he takes nothing from him.
