Is a bequest concerning a permissible dog valid?

Primary text
The bequest concerning a dog whose ownership is permissible is valid because it involves a permissible benefit and the owner's claim is established over it. A bequest is a gratuitous transfer, thus it is valid for property and for rights that are not tangible property. Furthermore, since gifting such a dog is valid, bequeathing it is also valid, similar to tangible property.
