Primary text
If the testator stipulated, 'If there is a male in her womb, he receives two dinars, and if there is a female, she receives one dinar,' and the mother delivers both a male and a female, each receives what was stipulated for their respective gender because the condition (the existence of that specific gender) was met for each individual. If she delivers only one of them, that child receives the stipulated bequest.
