According to the first legal opinion, the recipient of the entire wealth receives eight-ninths, and the other beneficiary receives one-ninth. According to the second opinion, the recipient of the entire wealth receives only two-thirds (the portion he was entitled to when both beneficiaries were ratified), and the remaining one-ninth goes to the heirs.
