Must an executor pay a debt based on a creditor's evidence without a judge's ruling?

Primary text
There are two narrations regarding whether the executor may accept evidence of a debt against the deceased and pay it without the presence of a judge. One narration suggests that payment is impermissible based solely on the creditor's mere claim, but payment is permitted if valid evidence is presented. This implies that evidence serves as a sufficient basis for payment without a judicial decree. The other narration states that evidence must be established before a judge. If the heirs confirm the debt, it is accepted as their admission against themselves.
