Is it permissible for a legatee's share to increase when heirs reject the bequests (Radd) compared to when they approve (Ijaazah)?

Primary text
It is established that if a legatee receives a larger share in the state of rejection (Radd) than in the state of approval (Ijaazah), this indicates the invalidity of the opposing opinion, as the heir's decision to reject should not result in an increase or alteration of the legatee's established right under rejection. If a legatee has a right upon rejection, the heir should not be able to change, diminish, or transfer that right.
