A weak person should not be appointed to govern over two people or to manage the wealth of an orphan. This is supported by the narration where the Prophet, peace be upon him, told Abu Dharr, "I see you are weak, and I love for you what I love for myself. Therefore, do not rule over two people, nor be put in charge of an orphan's wealth." This hadith was reported by Muslim.
