The bequest is valid concerning the one that is permissible to be bequeathed, and the disposition falls upon that one, excluding the impermissible one.

If he possesses drums all of which are permissible to be bequeathed, then according to one narration, the heirs select one by lot, and according to another narration, the heirs choose which one to give.
