Primary text

The second admission is not accepted. The right of the first claimant is established by the initial admission, and a subsequent admission cannot diminish that established right. However, if the admitting heir is upright (*'Adil*), and he testifies to the second bequest and the second legatee swears an oath with him, they share the bequest, similar to when the first right is established by clear evidence (*Bayyinah*).
