Primary text
If a non-related male consummates the slave, the ruling is similar regarding the distribution of liability for the dowry. The dowry liability is divided such that three-fifths goes to the donor's estate, and two-fifths goes to the recipient. However, the execution of the gift beyond one-third of its value is contingent upon the payment of the dowry by the one who consummated her. If nothing is obtained from him, the gift is not executed beyond one-third. Whenever something is obtained from him, the gift is executed to the extent of one-third of what is obtained.
