What is the ruling when one's specific slave or one's chattel property is bequeathed?

If the bequest is for one of the testator's existing slaves, or for one head of what his right hand possesses (mamalat yaminuhu), then both male, female, and ambiguous hermaphrodite slaves are included within the scope of the bequest.
