If only one son ratifies, the son who ratified receives nothing, and the other son receives one-third of the estate. The remaining two-thirds are divided between the two beneficiaries in four parts.
Supporting text
If one son ratifies only the bequest to the recipient of the whole estate, the other beneficiary receives one-ninth, the other son (the non-ratifier) receives one-third, and the remainder goes to the recipient of the whole estate, according to one view. In another view, the recipient of the whole estate receives four-ninths, and the remaining one-ninth goes to the ratifying son.
