What is the ruling if a person wills the manumission of two portions and wills that the remainder of their manumission be completed from the one-third bequest, and the one-third only covers the two portions and the value of the remainder of one slave?

A lot-drawing is made between the two slaves. The manumission of the slave whose lot is drawn is completed. This is because the testator explicitly willed the completion of the manumission, thus it is treated similarly to the testator willing the manumission of both slaves entirely, unlike the preceding case.
