Primary text
If the weakness in intellect prevents the individual from sound financial judgment (Rushd), he is treated the same as a person placed under protective custody due to foolishness (Safih), and his testament is subject to the same rules. If his weakness does not affect his sound financial judgment, he is treated as a fully rational person regarding his testament.
