According to the view attributed to the Qadi (Judge), the buyer takes five-sixths of the item for the entire price, calculated by relating the price and the one-third concession to the total value. According to the first view, the price is deducted from the value of the item, and the one-third concession is related to the remainder, making the valid sale two-thirds for two-thirds of the price.
