What is the ruling if the testator appointed two executors, and one is unfit?

Primary text
If a testator appoints two men, and neither is fit to be an executor, and one asks the other for assets, he should not be given anything, as that person is not fit for executorship. Even if the testator had consented to him, the appointment is invalid. This implies the annulment of the bequest to that unfit person.
