What is the ruling if the wife predeceases the seriously ill husband after the preferential dowry has been established?

Primary text
If the wife predeceases the husband, the preferential arrangement (Mahabah) is valid. The division involves the following sequence: she is entitled to her due dowry. The excess portion designated by the favor then reverts to the husband's heirs, who also inherit half of her estate. This process requires balancing the shares (jabr and muqabalah) due to the interwoven nature of the claims, resulting in specific fractional shares for each party based on the initial values.

If the deceased wife leaves behind two Dinars in addition to her estate, the calculation changes such that the husband receives a specific amount from her inheritance, which must then be balanced against his own calculated entitlement to resolve the final distribution of assets between the respective heirs.
