Is the son included in a bequest made to a man's relatives or Ahl Bayt?

If a bequest is made to a man's relatives or he wills for his relatives, his children are included without known dispute. Al-Kharqi included them under kinship by stating the bequest does not exceed four forefathers, as the Prophet did not exceed Banu Hashim with the share of Dhuwi al-Qurba, making Hashim the fourth father.
